Wednesdays are like Fridays to me.
Every Wednesday G, sitter of amazing patience, takes over my household of craziness
so I can roam about and regain sanity.

After errand running I stopped at my favorite townie spot, the antique mall.
I could spend hours looking around at all the stuff.
It's nostalgic to see china patterns or knick knacks similar to the ones that graced my
grandparents and parents homes.

I was hoping to leave with a wicker peacock chair
I've been eyeing for a couple weeks.  I wanted to paint it and put it in Large's room.
Sadly someone beat me to it.

I love.

What can I say?  She really likes me.  Or as Hubs says, really likes herself.

It's all happening!!!
On August 4th I fly to NYC to meet this lovely lady

and attend TWO of her masterclasses
at the too cool for school Ace Hotel in Manhattan.

I couldn't agree more.

Midnight Blue

Wouldn't this room look better in midnight blue?  I'm thinking so....

Coffee Bar Blues

Remember my coffee bar?
Too high maintenance.  I'm the only one in the house to drink coffee everyday,
and with all the cups and sugars {I drink coffee black}
it was annoying to dust--just for me.
I judge everything in my home by its uncomplicated cleaning.
True story.

It now warehouses my kitchen utensils and oils.  I love to cook so I use it everyday.
